Prospectra exists for the part of prospecting most tools leave to you: turning a market into a shortlist, and then working that shortlist.
What Prospectra is
A prospecting suite for Windows and Android. You describe the market — a source, an industry, a location, a role — and Prospectra connects to the platforms where those companies and people are listed, and narrows the results to the ones that fit.
A run streams back while it happens. From there the list stays in the app: save what is relevant, group people under their company, keep a history of every run, export as a spreadsheet, CSV, JSON or plain text, and write to the people you kept from your own mailbox.
Why it exists
Prospecting usually arrives in pieces: one tool to find names, another to store them, a third to send the email, and a spreadsheet holding it all together. Prospectra puts those steps in one place, so the list you build is the list you work from.
The aim is not more leads. It is a shorter path from a market you understand to the people in it who are worth a message.

One place for the work
Finding people is one step. Saving, grouping, exporting and writing to them are the rest, and they happen in the same app, against the same list.
Your inbox stays yours
Outreach leaves from a mailbox you connect, over your own SMTP account. Replies go to you, not through us.
No lock-in by design
Leads and history live in your account, and exports are always available as CSV, Excel, JSON or plain text. Leaving should not require permission.
Access
Capacity is real, so access is deliberate.
Prospectra runs on monthly plans with a lead allowance. Search capacity is finite, so new accounts join a waitlist and are invited as space opens rather than being sold an allowance the infrastructure cannot serve.
Current release: 3.5.3, for Windows and Android.
Where it runs
Prospectra is a native desktop and Android application. There is no browser version to sign into.
